Volunteers Volunteers are vital to the success of Second Harvest Food Bank. In 2000, more than 4,500 volunteers contributed more than 21,000 hours -- the equivalent of 10 full-time staff members! Donna Handley
Food Donations Second Harvest Food Bank receives hundreds of thousands of pounds of food each year through distributors and manufacturers in the food industry. The Food Bank also receives food and personal care products through community food drives that are sponsored by various organizations and individuals. Richard Weeks
Financial
Donations Your
gift is essential to the successful operation of Second Harvest Food Bank. There
are numerous ways to make financial contributions to the Food Bank. One
particularly important means of leaving your mark on hunger is to remember
Second Harvest in your will, and estate plans. In this way the charitable values
you've carried with you for a lifetime can
continue helping others. For more information on making a gift, or to request a copy of the Food Bank’s audited financial statement, please contact: Greg
