Food Service Director

Responsible for food services for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida including strategic planning for all aspects, overseeing a school nutrition-based production kitchen, catering, the culinary training program, and a signature food service product development, production, sales and distribution.  Build an effective food service team that integrates well with the entire enterprise. Works closely with the Development team to effectively market each department’s services.  Controlling costs while delivering a superior product is critical.

Catering Manager

Manage staff and operations of the catering department. Responsible for both culinary and customer service  and food and labor cost through a healthy obsession for attention to detail and organization; and a commitment to supporting SHFB’s mission through compassion and an appreciation for hunger and poverty issues.

Sous Chef
The Catering Sous Chef is responsible for catering production and overseeing line chefs as required based on as-needed scheduling. Executes all catering events, directs the work of contract chefs and stewarding dependent on event requirements. Participate with culinary training and programs as assigned and as business volume allows.
