Feed the Need Kick Off
This fall the Winter Park community including the City of Winter Park, Rollins College, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, Sodexo, Think Creative and Winter Park Chamber of Commerce will break new ground in an effort to end hunger in Central Florida. From November 1-22, the campaign will unite local residents, businesses, faith communities and civic groups through online giving, friendly competitions, community events and individual fundraising efforts, with one mission in mind to Feed the Need.

Tuesday, November 5
3@3 on the Green
The Rollins Kick-off for the “Feed the Need” Campaign
Bring your $3 donation and join us for refreshments, music, and raffle prizes.
Time: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Event location: The Green, Rollins College, 1000 Holt Ave., Winter Park
Event cost: No charge to attend $3.00 donation requested. Cash and credit cards accepted.

Tuesday, November 12
Chef Showdown at the Marketplace
Buy a meal from your favorite chef and a portion of the meal cost will be donated to Feed The Need.
Time: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Event location: Rollins College Cornell Campus Center Dining Hall
Event cost: No cost other than the purchase of your meal

Thursday, November 14
Happy Hour for Hunger
Join the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce for a fall-themed happy hour. This fun evening will feature live entertainment and drinks and appetizers provided by your favorite Winter Park Village restaurants with all ticket proceeds going to help Feed the Need.

Time: 5:30 - 7:30pm
Event location: Winter Park Village
Event cost: Tickets are $20 and available on www.winterpark.org or at the door

Thursday, November 21
Soup Kitchen at the Marketplace
A portion of the purchase price of each meal will be donated to Feed The Need
Time: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Event location: Rollins College Cornell Campus Center Dining Hall
Event cost: No cost other than the purchase of your meal

Friday, November 22
Campaign ends!
