	Turkey and Cheddar: In-house honey roasted turkey breast stacked on Olde Hearth whole wheat bread with sharp Cheddar, sliced apples, lettuce, and apple butter mustard.
	Grilled eggplant focaccia: Thinly sliced, marinated and grilled eggplant with fresh mozzarella, roasted red pepper coulis, fresh herbs and arugula on our house-made rosemary focaccia bread.
